Lightbox 2 Plugin Test (R1)

In the spirit of my personal methodology, wherein I abscond with some other plodder’s handiwork in order to enact it’s thrifty benefits for my own devious purposes, I present this test post using the Lightbox 2 plugin for WordPress. By all my reading and research, this version is open source/CC and free for use with a little credit. To kick things off, here’s some older stuffs from an early photoshop coloring practice, in order to test the new lightbox plugin for image links in a WordPress post.

The Lightbox appears to be successful, so far.

Not sure about the wordpress image formatting in post, however… My unfamiliarity with WordPress’ image options and this new Lightbox 2 plugin will require me to dig a little deeper into both to figure them out.
I do like the speed of this particular version of this effect. It also comes prepped for black, dark grey, grey and white shaded boxes to frame the images although I can’t discern any difference between the grey or dark grey. Perhaps I’ll be able to customize the image border and possibly even the shadow color down the line. I’ll leave it up for a few days and see what else might break it.

My gratitude to the crafters, modders and creators who devised this witty bit of code for use in the varied WordPress sites of the internet at large.
